Give Shannon’s Auctions (google it) a call, they should be able to help you out, and you can try the sell page on here.

geee that would be a rare find to catch that in a photo, a rare Jag with a rare plate, that’s a rare trillion to 1 shot I think.

I believe you can sell them off the cars, you just need to re-register your cars with new plates.  Not sure about your state rules but in WA pretty sure if your car is unlicensed and you want to get it licensed it has to go over the “Pits” for roadworthyness, and the mongrel licensing guys here in Perth always find something wrong with the car that has to be fixed before they’ll license it, thus forcing you to go over Pits again.  Suggest you buy a set of new plates from your licensing dept for your cars before you sell the custom plates.

yeah I’m sure you still have ownership of the plate here but if you dont have a car to display the plate then you have to hand it in for them to hold.

don’t know about the rules in your state, but I’m pretty sure in WA if you dont have a licenced car to attach a number plate to then you have to hand it into the licencing centre for holding. I’d be interested to know if that is true not just here but anywhere??

What about name or custom plates over numerical plates?  Yeah I’d say plate “1” in any state would be worth a few quid over a name plate, but I’d take BOND007 over just 007, hmm then again now that I’ve written that I might just change my mind….. :-/

    Hello all,

Scotty here, I own a BMW 320D with custom plate JEDIMASTR.  Have always wanted to get a custom plate but couldn’t really come up with any ideas for one.  After buying my BMW I thought about BEEMMEUP (as in beemer & beam me up Scotty) however after the release of the new round of Star Wars movies and being a Star Wars fan I couldn’t help but get JEDIMASTR.  I love it anyway.

    🙂
