This is the first time NSW motorcycle heritage plate 1 is on offer publicly since the 1930’s and presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for serious investors or number plate enthusiast.
Its history dates back circa 1918, when it was owned by Bennett and Wood, originally penny-farthing dealers and later became importers of Honda motorcycles into Australia.
The plate was purchased by Honda’s General Manager in 1935, who owned it until 1978 when ownership transferred to a family in the southern highlands region.
