Event:  2018 Shannons Melbourne Autumn Classic Auction

Thirteen Victorian heritage number plates were offered at this auction, with all plates selling under the hammer.

The standout was 101, which was tipped to set a record price for a 3-digit plate.  It didn’t disappoint, selling for $510,000.00.

All other 3-digit plates sold for $130,000.00 or more, showing that the big price shift in 2017 has been sustainable.

A nice even total of $1,500,000.00 of plates were sold on the night.
